THE PROPOSED WORKS FORM PART OF THE INTERNAL REFURBISHMENT OF THE LOWER GROUND FLOOR APARTMENT. THE PROVISION OF STEPS TO THE FRONT WILL PROVIDE DIRECT ACCESS TO OUTSIDE AND IMPROVE EGRESS IN THE EVENT OF A FIRE. THE PROVISION OF NEW GALVANISED STAIRS FROM HEAD ROAD TO THE REAR YARD WILL IMPROVE THE MAIN ENTRANCE AND ACCESS TO THE EXISTING LOWER GROUND FLOOR APARTMENT.
