1. I've also returned to Lihonggahao concept which is also next to the Air Coast Road between Peek and Crocknally.
2. An extension to the concept was granted on 14/3/94 following an Appeal Agreement, Corollary 2 restricted development to 7 years only.
3. The applicant took over the concept but has realised only recently that no permission wilfully exists.
4. It is proposed to repurpose this solution by seeking approval to brush the exception and making as originally approved but instead of retreatment out of the existing process, it is proposed to open up a temporary access to the West. The remaining 500 South words will be sent back from the 1000 to 1200.

Create a glass verge. This would imply visibility and comply with the Highways Bursions. The agent has claimed that the bank would be as substantial as that which exists at the moment. The nature of the roadside treatment would alter the appearance of the highway. Nurture but given that the road bank will be substantial the impact will be resolved. The carer will in effect be removed to form a straight hedgerow with up to 12 metres of glass verge created along the Nurture. This would be detrimental to the character and appearance of the area which now High Language Value but could over the years be recognised with native species to better this would refer to the site.
