The Council would like to request that an extension be granted to the time period for submitting comments on this application.

The Council is the land owner and as such we would like the opportunity to consider the application when the Council’s Executive Committee meets on the 29th of January. This should provide the applicant with sufficient time to provide any additional information as may be required, and it will also give the Council the opportunity to consider any possible objections to the application from the residents of St Ninian’s Court who had objected to the original application.

I trust this proposal will be acceptable however if you cannot grant our request for a time extension I would kindly ask that you get back to me at your earliest convenience to confirm this.
