General Policy 2
GP2 permits development in residential zoning if it respects site/surroundings in siting/layout/scale/design (b), does not adversely affect landscape/townscape character (c), protects resident amenity and locality character (g), and does not prejudice adjacent land (k). Officer assessed the extension and flue against these, finding lower height reduces impact, no amenity breaches via RDG tests, and staggered layout matches neighbours, with flue controls under Building Regs preventing harm.
Time limit
The development hereby approved shall be begun before the expiration of four years from the date of this decision notice. Reason: To comply with Article 26 of the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2019 and to avoid the accumulation of unimplemented planning approvals.

ObjectionI wish to object to planning application 20/01247/B; the proposed extension will affect the amount of light able to enter our property; if the proposed extension was modified to actually be in keeping with these other extensions... this would reduce the impact on our property to the point where we would be able to support the application
16 Oak Road
ObjectionI’m writing to object to planning applications Ref 20/01247/B; the area of Ballawattleworth is a fairly new estate and a smoke free area i am concerned of smoke billowing from these 2 flues; I already have a problem with extra water from when 16 Aspen Drive had an extension
