Notification of this application will be forwarded to the Local Authority in which the site is situated and, where not an application relating to windows, the Network Planning Officer, DOE Highway Services.

If applicant owns or controls any additional land within the vicinity of the application, please indicate the additional land in blue on the site location plan.
