In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Infrastructure does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 24th May 2011, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to the erection of an equipment store as proposed in the submitted document Kaye 1451 2bqq and site and location plan, all date stamped 8th March 2011.
- The proposed equipment store building may be used only in association with the main dwelling house “Balla Crebbin Cottage” and for purposes incidental to the use of main dwelling house “Balla Crebbin Cottage” as a single dwelling and for no commercial purposes.
This decision was made by the Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to her under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.
