Time limit
The development hereby approved shall be begun before the expiration of four years from the date of this decision notice.
Surface water discharge
There must be no discharge of surface water to the watercourses on the site during the construction period.
Common Lizard mitigation
The development shall be undertaken strictly in accordance with the mitigation measures to protect Common Lizards, as specified in the Common Lizard Mitigation Report dated October 2019 by Manx Wildlife Trust. The identified measures shall be adhered to and implemented in full and maintained thereafter.
Approved drawings
The development shall be constructed in accordance with the approved Drawing Nos: 4206100 01 Revision B, dated 30 June 2020, and Drawings Nos 4206100 02 Revision D and 4206100 03 Revision C, dated 19 November 2020.
Construction timing restriction
None of the works hereby approved shall be carried out on the site between 1 April and 31 August in any year.
