Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to the alterations and installation of playground equipment as proposed in the submitted documents and drawings 11 800 01, 11 800 02, 11 800 03, 11 800 04, 11 800 05, 11 800 06, 11 800 07 and 11 800 08 all received on 8th March 2011.
This decision was made by the Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to her under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

Whichever is the later.
