General Policy 2
GP2 permits development in accordance with land-use zoning and other plan policies if it respects site/surroundings (siting, layout, scale, design), does not harm landscape/townscape character, amenity, road safety, traffic, habitats, or views, and provides safe access. Officer assessed the replacement fencing and found it compliant as the slight height increase does not significantly alter public amenity or other GP2 tests, within school zoning.
Time limit
The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
