Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to the location plan and site plan date stamped the 28th August 2009 and drawing no. M/2811/1(B) date stamped the 2nd November 2009.
- The dwelling may be occupied only by a person or persons engaged or last engaged solely in agriculture; or a widow or widower of such person, or any resident dependents.
This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Article 3(1) of the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.
