Landscaping scheme
Prior to 26th February, 2010 the applicant must have approved by the Planning Authority a scheme of tree and/or shrub planting and/or mounding alongside the north western boundary (parallel with the A5 Douglas Road) to reinforce the existing trees and hedging. Such planting scheme must be implemented by 31st March, 2010.
Storage height limit
No materials may be stored to a height exceeding 3 m above the ground level of the site. For clarification 'materials' do not include vehicles or plant.
