Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This permission relates to the erection of an extension to provide ancillary living accommodation, Glebe Farm, Main Road, Kirk Michael as shown by P09142 01 P2, P09 142 02 P1 and P09 14203 P1 all received 23rd November 2009.
- The external finishes of the extension must match those of the existing building in all respects.
This decision was made by the Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to her under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

- Any appeal has been determined;
Whichever is the later.
