Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to alterations and erection of a single storey link extension (comprising an amendment to 08/01170/B), Braaid Farm, Top Road, Crosby as shown by drawings 602/012, 602/016 and 602/015 all received 25th November 2009.
- The roof(s) must be finished in dark natural slate.

Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.
