Classic Construction Ltd 9 Greeba Drive Onchan Isle Of Man In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:
Name: Newholme Enterprises Ltd Proposal: Installation of replacement windows at: 2 Albert Street Douglas Isle Of Man IM1 2QA which was considered on 19th November 2009, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.
Date of Issue: 24th November 2009 Murray House Mount Havelock Douglas
Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This permission relates to the installation of replacement windows as shown in drawing number 1114 date stamped 7th October 2009.
This decision was made by the Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to her under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.
