Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to the refurbishment of existing rear outbuilding to form an apartment, 8 Michael Street, Peel as shown by P01, P12, P13, P14, P28, P29 and Statement all received 16th October 2009 and Supplementary Planning Statement received 16th November 2009.
- Prior to the commencement of works, full details of the hard-surfacing, lighting and planting scheme for the yard area must be submitted to and approved by the Planning Authority.
This decision was made by the Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to her under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.
