Dear Sirs

Re: Planning Application 09/01688, Chemical store at Isle of Man Creamery.

With reference to the above mentioned planning application it is noted that there is a proposal to site a chemical store on site

The purpose of this letter is to remind you that if the store is located on a roadway suitable barrier type protection should be provided to protect from impact and contingency plans should be held by the creamery in the event of any spills entering nearby surface water drainage systems. Perhaps you could pass these comments to your client.
