Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This permission relates to the use of the ground floor of the premises as defined in the plans received on 20th October, 2009 for retail purposes in accordance with Class 1 of Schedule 4 (Use Classes) of the Town and Country Planning (Permitted Development) Order 2005.
NOTE The applicant is encouraged to consult the Disability Access Office to enable the premises to be made suitable for access and use by disabled persons.
This decision was made by the Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to her under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.
