Mr Steven Anderson Hodgkins 24 Derby Square Douglas Isle Of Man IM1 3LS In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby REFUSE the following application made on behalf of:

Reason(S) For Refusal:
- The development is contrary to Environment Policy 35 and General Policy 2 of the Isle of Man Strategic Plan 2007 by reason of its scale and siting. The proposal fails to preserve or enhance the character or appearance of the area, but introduces an incongruous addition to the dwelling to the detriment of the visual amenities of the locality.
This decision was made by the Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to her under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
