Please find below the Commissioners decisions in relation to planning applications considered by them at their meeting on the 24th November 2009.
The Commissioners had no objection to the following planning applications:
- PA09 01682 R - Tel's Ltd - Erection of a storage shed and concrete walled compound - Plot 41 Snugborough Industrial Estate. The Board commented again on the incorrect address on the application but agreed not to object as a project on numbering the estate had already commenced in conjunction with IOM Treasury.
- PA09 01688 B - Central Creamery - Installation of a chemical storage unit - IoM Central Creameries Tromode
- PA09 01703 B - Conversion of groundsman's store to provide additional office accommodation - Unit 19 Snugborough Trading Estate
- PA09 01751 B - Mr and Mrs Griffin - Erection of a sun room - Ballawyllin Beg East Baldwin
- PA09 01762 B - Richard Morris - Sun room extension to dwelling - Ballig West Baldwin
- PA09 01763 B - Mr C Spittall - Replacement windows and door to porch - Injebreck House West Baldwin
- PA09 01789 - Yewley Properties - Erection of detached dwellings - land behind Sunnybank Union Mills
- PA09 01815 B - Manx Telecom - Business Continuity Centre - Greenhill Centre IoM Business Park. The Board commented on the lack of dedicated parking spaces available for use by the continuity centre.
- PA09 01834 - Dandara Commercial Ltd - Variation of approved office use - Park House Annex
- PA09 01845 - Mr and Mrs D Griffin - Erection of a garden room/store to replace existing outbuilding - Ballawyllin Beg East Baldwin
