Extraction equipment
Equipment that will effectively suppress the emission of fumes or smell and obviate any other nuisance from frying or any other processes carried out in the premises shall be installed before the use hereby approved is commenced and maintenance of such equipment in an efficient state shall be carried out to the satisfaction of the Planning Authority.
Opening hours
The use hereby permitted shall only be open to customers between the hours of 9.00am and midnight Monday to Sunday. Customers shall not be present on the premises after midnight. A notice to this effect shall be displayed at all times on the premises so as to be visible from outside.
Staff hours
Staff shall not be present on the premises after a period of 60 minutes has elapsed following the approved closing times or in excess of 60 minutes prior to opening times.
