Schedule Of Conditions:
- This permission relates to the use of the first and second floors of the site as defined in the submitted plans reference PA613/01, PA613/02, PA613/03, PA613/04 and PA 613/05, all received on 18th September, 2009, for the sale of food including hot food and drink for consumption on the premises.
This decision was made by the Director of Planning and Building Control in accordance with the authority delegated to him under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.
