Callows Yard Developments Limited Lorne House Castletown IM9 1AZ In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:
Name: Callows Yard Developments Limited Proposal: Internal and external alterations (to approved layout) 21 Malew Street, rear of 9-15 Malew Street, land in front of Arbory Court, 10-14 Arbory Street, and land between Arbory and Malew Street at: Callows Yard Malew Street Castletown Isle Of Man IM9 1DQ which was considered on 18th November 2009, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to the alterations and construction shown in drawings 01-17 inclusive all received on 18th September, 2009.
NOTE The applicant is encouraged to discuss with the Conservation Officer a scheme of appropriate colour for the external finishes of the buildings, particularly the shop fronts, to introduce individuality to each building.
This decision was made by the Director of Planning and Building Control in accordance with the authority delegated to him under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005. Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

Whichever is the later.
