Douglas Borough Council Town Hall Ridgeway Street Douglas IM99 1AD In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the PLANNING COMMITTEE of the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:
Name: Douglas Borough Council Proposal: Alterations including installation of wind turbines and ramped access at: Garden Nos. 2 Sunken Gardens Loch Promenade Douglas Isle Of Man IM1 2BT which was considered on 10th December 2009, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to the submitted Drawings BE \& S/09/0404/1001 A, BE \& S/09/0404/1002 A, BE \& S/09/0404/1003 A, Turbine Detail and Photograph all received on 21st September, 2009.
- No development shall take place until samples of the colour(s) to be used in the construction of the wind turbines hereby permitted have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Planning Authority.
This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Article 3(1) of the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005. Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

- Any appeal has been determined;
Whichever is the later.
