Mullen Beg Patrick Road Patrick Village Isle of Man IM5 3AW which was considered on 15th October 2009, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to the erection of a porch to dwelling and the alterations and erection of an extension to existing garage, Mullen Beg, Patrick Road, Patrick as shown by WL/09/1109/1, WL09/1109/3, WL09/1109/4, WL09/1109/5, WL09/1109/6 and WL09/1109/7 received 3rd April 2009 and letter from agent, WL/09/1109/2C and WL/09/1109/8A all received 21st September 2009.
- The garage building may be used only for the storage of domestic vehicles and items incidental to the use and enjoyment of the dwelling Mullen Beg, Patrick Road, Patrick
- The garage building must remain incidental to the use and enjoyment of Mullen Beg, Patrick Road, Patrick.
- The external finishes of the extension must match those of the existing building in all respects.
This decision was made by the Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to her under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

- Any appeal has been determined;
Whichever is the later.
