Following the refusal of the previous planning application, reference PA 08 / 02321 / B, we have been instructed by our client, Mr. Len Chatel, to submit a revised application for two number three-storey houses on the same site.

During the course of the previous application (PA 08/02321/B), the three MHKs for Rushen put their names to a letter of objection, on behalf of one of their constituents. As two of the members also sit on the Planning Committee, we feel that this represents a conflict of interest, and would request that these gentlemen withdraw from the Committee when this application is considered.
