General Policy 2
GP2 permits development in accordance with land-use zoning and other policies provided it respects site surroundings in terms of siting, scale, design, does not adversely affect townscape character, amenity, or road safety, among other tests. The officer assessed the minor window material change and found it acceptable as it would not harm visual appearance of the property or street scene in the mixed-use town centre zoning under Ramsey Local Plan 1998. No tensions with other criteria were noted.
Time limit
The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
