Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

A4 detail sheet including 'Architrave Elevation - scale 1/20' and Architrave Section - Scale $1 / 5^{\prime}$ date stamped 13 Aug 2009 A4 detail sheet including 'New stud wall and cornice junction - scale 1/10' and 'Overlayed ambulant steps - Scale 1/10' date stamped 13 Aug 2009 A4 detail sheet entitled 'Ground Floor rev b' date stamped 13 Aug 2009.
This decision was made by the Senior Planning Officer under the authority delegated by the Department under Regulation 4(2) of the Registered Building Regulations 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Registered Building Regulations 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

Whichever is the later.
