The Peel Town Commissioners at their Board meeting on 21 July and 4 August 2015 considered the following planning applications and would like their comments considered by the Planning Authority:
Planning Application 15/00732: Replace and extend existing kitchen and dining area to the rear of the property, Pefki House, 24 Glenfaba Road, Peel.
The Commissioners do not oppose this application.
Planning Application 15/00748: Construction of rear extension and internal alterations, Allmine, 8 Peveril Avenue, Peel.
The Commissioners do not oppose this application.
Planning Application 15/00766: Propose replacement dwelling and formation of associated car parking, Cliffe Cottage, Battery Road, Peel.
The Commissioners do not oppose this application.
Planning Application 15/00787: ATM slip bin to be removed and existing wall finish to be made good, adjust power and data to suit new machine, existing table sign to be removed and wall finish made good. Isle of Man Bank, Atholl Street, Peel.
The Commissioners do not oppose this application subject to a condition requiring the retention of a bin adjacent to the ATM or customers to deposit their receipt slips etc.
