The Peel Town Commissioners at their Board meeting on 21 July and 4 August 2015 considered the following planning applications and would like their comments considered by the Planning Authority:

• Planning Application 15/00732: Replace and extend existing kitchen and dining area to the rear of the property, Pefki House, 24 Glenfaba Road, Peel.

• The Commissioners do not oppose this application.

• Planning Application 15/00748: Construction of rear extension and internal alterations, Allmine, 8 Peveril Avenue, Peel.

• The Commissioners do not oppose this application.

• Planning Application 15/00766: Propose replacement dwelling and formation of associated car parking, Cliffe Cottage, Battery Road, Peel.

• The Commissioners do not oppose this application.
