Housing Policy 16
Housing Policy 16 relates to extensions to properties in the countryside and states that the extension of non-traditional dwellings or those of poor or inappropriate form will not generally be permitted where this would increase the impact of the building as viewed by the public. The officer assessed that the proposed works are almost entirely restricted to the rear of the building, not readily visible from the public thoroughfare, so would not increase the building's impact.
Time limit
The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

Conditional No ObjectionIf these two points are requested in the planning application, then we will not lodge any objection; an opaque glass is proposed such that, our privacy will not be compromised; a 'hipped roof' is proposed such that, the effective length of the ridge would be increased by approximately four feet only and, the height would reduce with the hip
Conditions requested: opaque glass for Bedroom 2 windows; hipped roof for Master Bedroom to limit ridge length increase to approximately four feet and reduce height

Conditional No ObjectionA minimum of Grade 4 level of obscurity be applied, should Planning Permission be granted?; If the above condition is stipulated then, we would continue to have no objection; If a grade of obscurity, less than 4 is applied for, then we would like to object most strongly
Conditions requested: minimum of Grade 4 level of obscurity be applied to Bedroom 2 windows
