Isle of Man Arts Council Second Floor St Andrew's House Finch Road Douglas IM1 2PX In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the PLANNING COMMITTEE of the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:
Name: Isle of Man Arts Council Proposal: Installation of a sculpture at: Willaston Primary School School Road Douglas Isle of Man IM2 6RD which was considered on 3rd September 2009, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval shall relate to the submitted Drawing No. 01, 003 received on 22nd June, 2009.
This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Article 3(1) of the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

Whichever is the later.
