General Policy 2
GP2 states that development in accordance with land-use zoning and Area Plan proposals will normally be permitted if it respects the site and surroundings in terms of siting, layout, scale, form, design and landscaping. The officer assessed the rear conservatory as compliant due to its location not visible from the public highway and 23m separation to neighbours. No design brief issues arose in the predominantly residential area.
