Schedule Of Conditions:
- The use must be taken up within four years of the date of this notice in order for this approval to remain valid after that time.
- This approval relates to the property defined by the red line on drawing no. CAC1 date stamped the 26th June 2009.
- Between the 1st March and 1st October in any one year the property may be used as holiday accommodation for individual lets not exceeding four weeks in duration. Outside of this period longer lets are permissible.
This decision was made by the Director of Planning and Building Control in accordance with the authority delegated to him under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.
