Name: Mr \& Mrs David Dean Proposal: Registered Building consent for the erection of a sun lounge extension to replace existing conservatory (In association with 09/01095/GB) Registered Building Nos. 159 at: Ivydene Little Switzerland Douglas Isle Of Man IM2 6AG which was considered on 22nd September 2009, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below. Date of Issue: 23rd September 2009 Murray House Mount Havelock Douglas
Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This consent relates to the erection of a sun lounge extension as shown in drawing numbers WL/09/1117/3, WL/09/1117/4 and WL/09/1117/2B date stamped 26th June 2009.
- Prior to the commencement of works, a sample panel of the proposed stonework shall have been constructed on site and been approved in writing by the Planning Authority and thereafter the works shall be carried in accordance with the approved panel. The sample panel must be measure $1 \mathrm{~m} \times 1 \mathrm{~m}$.
This decision was made by the Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to her under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This decision notice is issued in accordance with Regulation 9(1) of the Registered Building Regulations 2005.
The proposed development must not be commenced until either;
- The time for requesting an appeal has expired; or
- Any appeal has been determined;
Whichever is the later. Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

Please note that a copy of the Officer's report which led to the decision, together with correspondence relative to the application, is available for inspection at the Department.
If this determination is running concurrently with a planning application, the content of the registered building application is excluded from that consideration. If need be, an appeal against the determination of registered building consent must be made independently.
