This approval relates to alterations and the demolition of the existing single storey rear extension and the erection of a two storey rear extension, 36 St Germans Place, Peel as shown by P09 12501 P1, P09 12502 P1, P09 12503 P1 all received 14th May 2009.
Materials - walls
The external walls of the extension must be finished so as to match the existing property.
Materials - roof
The fibreglass roof must be dark grey in colour to match the roof of the existing property.
Obscure glazing
On installation the windows serving the first floor of the approved extension must be fitted with obscure glazing which is obscured to at least Level 5 of Pilkington's Guide to window obscurity.
