submit plans, but then do not build them and housing stock remains static. 15/00843/B - Ms P Miller 58 Hillside Avenue Douglas - Removal of existing unit and erection of a timber storage and potting shed - Tailor's Meadow St Judes Road Sulby. Refused Unanimous The photograph with the application clearly shows what looks like an existing dwelling, with net curtains, chimney and TV aerial. How is this a potting shed? We feel that the intended potting shed is a replacement, improved and enlarged dwelling, twice the size of the existing. If this application were to be approved by planning, we suggest the new shed should not have any fittings that make it capable for residential use.
Yours sincerely
Mrs V A Quane Chairman Lezayre Parish Commissioners
