Name: Department of Education Works Division Proposal: Creation of an additional pedestrian access at: Rushen Primary School Church Road Port St. Mary Isle of Man IM9 5LW which was considered on 8th July 2009, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This permission relates to the creation of a pedestrian access to the school, as shown in drawings referred to as "Master/01" and 01A both received on 22nd May, 2009.
This decision was made by the Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to her under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.
