Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to the erection of an extension to agricultural building, Ballahig Farm, Foxdale Road, The Hope, St Johns as shown by 00633/1, 0806/01 and Photo Sheet all received 6th April 2009.
- The external finishes of the extension must match those of the existing building in all respects.
- The building must be used only for agricultural purposes including the storage of agricultural equipment.
This decision was made by the Director of Planning and Building Control in accordance with the authority delegated to him under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.
