Name: Mr \& Mrs M Gregson Proposal: Reserved matters application for the erection of two semidetached dwellings with integral garages at: Site opposite St Marys Hall Gellings Avenue Port St. Mary Isle of Man which was considered on 9th July 2009, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This permission relates to the erection of two dwellings as shown in drawings WL/09/1104/2A received on 20th April, 2009 and WL/09/1104/ 3 and -/4 both received on 28th January, 2009.
NOTE The applicant is encouraged to discuss the proposed demolition of the existing buildings on site with the owner of 1, Gellings Avenue and in particular the removal of the garage whose walling forms part of the boundary between the two sites.
This decision was made by the Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to her under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.
