I had a messer to hot & cold food & drinks shop. With regard to the above planning application the following considerations are relevant.

1. Parking in an already busy area.
2. Competition to two established food outlets - Rt. check clip shop & grocery stores but one shop away.
3. Impact of media on local area.
4. Filter from wrappers etc. in an area very visible to tourists etc. with problems already in this.

2 Egard to food products sales. (10) Depending on opening from noblem caused by going people using the area as gathering place & hangart.
