GP2 permits development in accordance with land-use zoning provided it respects site and surroundings in terms of siting, layout, scale, form, design; does not adversely affect character of locality; and provides satisfactory amenity and access. The officer tested the uPVC windows and dormer alterations against visual amenity and character impacts, finding them in-keeping with existing casement/sash windows on neighbouring properties. No tensions noted as site is residential zoned and not in conservation area.
Time limit
The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
