Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to the erection of an extension to the rear and the conversion of the garage to form additional living accommodation, Kelbar, Cannan Avenue, Kirk Michael as shown by 0007/30/02, 0007/30/03, 0007/30/04 all received 13th March 2009 and Photographs $\times 5$ and 0007/30/01 Rev A all received 9th September 2009.
- The external finishes of the extension must match those of the existing building in all respects.
- There must be no discharge of surface water to the main foul sewer.
NOTE Public sewerage crosses this site. The line of the sewer(s) must be identified before development work commences. The sewer(s) must be fully protected whilst all building works are being carried out. No part of the proposed development may be constructed, nor any trees planted, within three metres of any public sewer either at the time of construction or at any time in the future.
This decision was made by the Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to her under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

- Any appeal has been determined;
Whichever is the later.
