Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This permission relates to the creation of a manège and the use of the land shown in the submitted plans for the keeping of horses in addition to agricultural use of this land, as shown in drawings 09-3022-01 O and 09-3022-02 O both received on 23th March, 2009 and the location plan received on 12th May, 2009.
- The manège may be used only by those horses kept on the land associated with Robinhill Farm as shown on the submitted location plan.
This decision was made by the Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to her under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

The proposed development must not be commenced until either;
- The time for requesting an appeal has expired; or
- Any appeal has been determined;
Whichever is the later.
