General Policy 3
Policy 3 restricts development outside zoned areas except for specific cases including replacement of existing rural dwellings (Housing Policies 12, 13 and 14). The officer assessed the window replacement as falling within the exception for replacement of existing rural dwellings. The proposal was found compliant as it improves the visual appearance without expanding the built form.
Time limit
The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
