Mr Malcolm Jeffrey Wells 5 Michael Street Peel Isle of Man IM5 1HA In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:
Name: Mr Malcolm Jeffrey Wells Proposal: Installation of replacement windows and door to front elevation at: 5 Michael Street Peel Isle of Man IM5 1HA which was considered on 25th June 2009, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to the installation of replacement windows and doors to the front elevation of 5 Michael Street, Peel as shown by the information and plans 00182/1, 00182/2, 00182/3 and Photograph Sheet all received 9th February 2009 and 09/00182/5, 09/00182/6, 09/00182/7, 09/00182/8, 09/00182/9 and 09/00182/10 all received 24th June 2009.
- The approved windows and doors shall be constructed with externally fitted glazing bars which must be retained as such thereafter.
- The first floor windows must be sliding sash in accordance with submitted drawing 09/00182/8.
This decision was made by the Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to her under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

Please note that a copy of the Officer's report which led to the decision, together with correspondence relative to the application, is available for inspection at the Department.
The proposed development must not be commenced until either;

- Any appeal has been determined;
Whichever is the later.
