Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry Mr A Sidebottom Hope Road St Johns IM4 3AS In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to the location plan and drawing no.s S1, S2 and S3 date stamped the 13th February 2009.
NOTE The applicant is recommended to contact the Department of Transport Drainage Division to discuss any necessary permission required under the Land Drainage Act.
This decision was made by the Acting Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to her under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.
