Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to the submitted drawings $P 11, P 12$ Rev C, P 20 and Photographs all received on 17th February, 2009, and Email from McGarrigle and Jackson dated 8th April 2009.
- The roof(s) must be finished in natural slate or a high quality imitation slate which must be approved by the Planning Authority PRIOR to the commencement of works.
- Prior to the commencement of works, details of the paint finish for render must be submitted to and approved in writing by the Planning Authority and thereafter the works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details.
This decision was made by the Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to her under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

- Any appeal has been determined;
Whichever is the later.
