Schedule Of Conditions:
- This permission relates to the retention of the mobile nursery until 30th April, 2014 by which time it must be removed from the site.
NOTE The applicant is encouraged to improve the appearance of the structure by painting the parts presently coloured blue in a more subtle colour - dark brown or black which would also reduce its impact as viewed from neighbouring property.
This decision was made by the Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to her under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.
