The comment stated;

I use the Station Road / Main Road junction (to which this property is extremely close) at least twice daily.

The success of the 'Tynwald Tea Rooms' has led to a massive increase in parking (for which no provision was made in the planning appeal for it), leading to parking on both Main Road and Station Road. Some of this parking is at best, inconsiderate and at worst downright dangerous for both traffic and pedestrians.

Unless significant provision is made for car parking immediately adjacent to this facility, this already dangerous situation, is going to be exacerbated.

Doubtless you will be told the Arboretum and Tynwald Inn car parks are available. The reality is the vast majority of people will park as close to their chosen destination as they can with little or no regard for anyone else.
