The comment stated;

I have great concern over the rainwater goods to both the front and rear of the co-op property adjacent to my property (which I inherited in 2013), known as Sarah's Florist, 73 Parliament Street, Ramsey. These RWG's are not identified on the plans, that I can see. The downspout to the front of the co-op is in very poor condition, loose and sitting on the pavement (not attached to anything). It is hidden behind a board to the left of main customer entrance, hardly visible at all on their submitted photo. My property has had problems with wateringress for many years as the co-op building has a valley gutter to the front which blocks frequently. My late father and I both contacted the co-op but the valley gutter issue is yet to be resolved. I have also asked them, on many occasions, of their plans for the front downspout but as yet I have not had a reply. Work is still ongoing to the rear of the co-op property but they temporarily redirected a downspout from their side straight onto my property, over a butt wall (without my authorisation!), which they say will be swung back round onto their side eventually but again I cannot see any indication of that downspout on their plans! I'd just like confirmation and someone to try to confirm what's happening with their RWG's, front and rear please. Thank you. Donna Merrill Relationship to site: Immediately adjacent to the site
