Re: P.A. No. 15/00670/B - Alterations including replacement air conditioning units and amendments to rear goods entrance - Co-op Supermarket, 75, Parliament Street, Ramsey for The Co-operative Group
I am directed to advise that the Commissioners considered the above application at their meeting held on Wednesday 15th July, 2015, and whilst they had no objection to the proposal, they made the following observation:
- The Commissioners note that the proposed development includes the creation of a ramped access over the rear lane which is an adopted public highway. The Commission have no objection subject to the detail of the ramp being approved by the highway authority before development commences so as to avoid the creation of any trip hazard within the public highway.
I trust that this observation will be brought to the attention of the Planning Committee, when considering this application.
